The Symposium cost (in Euros €) includes welcome reception, access to all scientific sessions, program and book of abstracts, symposium documents, l unch and coffee breaks each day and Symposium proceedings (CD).

1 Only applicable to persons who are EURAAC members, i.e. paid their membership fee, at time of registration. EURAAC membership is 10 €/year for active scientists, and 5 €/year for students and retired scientists.

Fees of the last 4 years have to be paid to get the discount as member. Please check the website: http://euraac.webs.upv.es/

Please make the payment before the registration as you will be required to proof the membership payment.


2 Students should provide a valid proof of current student status (e.g. photocopy of a valid student ID card and an official letter from advisor in English) by sending it to congresos@cfp.upv.es . Your payment will remain pendant until we receive and verify these documents. Once everything has been approved you will receive a payment confirmation via e-mail.

 

3 Will include the Welcome reception, Gala Dinner, City Tour and Visit to the Agromuseum

 

There will be a conference dinner held on Wednesday 13th July evening on the Huerto de Santa María Restaurant. Buses will be provided from the official hotels.



CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email with the specify payment instructions. Payments can be done online by card or by bank transfer. You will be given a deadline to complete they payment, please try to do it in time otherwise the preferential rate will not be granted.


ON SITE REGISTRATION PAYMENT

On site payment may be made in euros using only credit cards.


CANCELLATION FEES

Our refund policy for cancellations is as follows:

Cancellation before May 31st - 50€ will be charged for administrative costs.

Cancellation after June 1st 2016 – no refund.
